If you have a complaint or concern about the service you have had from the doctors or any of the staff please let us know. 

Complaints should be addressed to Ms Natalie Ker Watson, the Complaints Manager. You can contact Ms Ker Watson either by telephone or in writing.  Alternatively you may ask for an appointment with Ms Ker Watson to discuss your concerns.
