Dr Peter Christian

BSc MBBS MRCGP (London 1979)

Special Interests: Mens Health. Information technology and Primary care. Wines of the Rhone valley, music and opera. Dr Christian was Chair of Haringey Clinical Commissioning Group until 2019, and is now one of the two clinical representatives for Haringey on the North Central London Clinical Commissioning Group.

Dr Neil Manttan

BSc MBBS DRCOG MRCGP (London 1999)

Special interests: Post graduate teaching and training, diabetes (type 2) & watching sport. Dr Manttan is also a member of the LMC (Local Medical Committee) and Clinical Director of the NW Haringey Primary Care Network.

Special interests: Women’s Health, Family Planning, postgraduate teaching and training, ballet (watching, not doing).

Dr Alexandros Cambanis

BSc MD (Pennsylvania) MTropMed

Dr Cambanis has worked here since 2013. He works 6 sessions per week Monday - Thursday. He can also speak Greek, French and Spanish.

Dr Marina Hill

BM 1998 Southampton Special Interests: Osteoporosis

Dr Hill has been working here since 2005. She works 4 sessions per week on Wednesdays and Fridays. She also speaks Serbo-Croat.

Dr Marita Koumettou

MBBS MRCGP DFSRH DCH Special Interests: Paediatrics, womens health and contraception.

Dr Koumettou has been working here since 2012. She is currently on maternity leave and expected back in December 2020. Dr Koumettou can speak Greek.

Dr Ari Rafiq


Dr Rafiq started here in August 2017 having completed her ST4 year fellowship in general practice and dermatology, with specialist acne and psoriasis clinics, skin cancer and general dermatology. Dr Ari Rafiq works 4 sessions per week with us on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Dr Lucy Jones

Dr Lucy Jones started work here in December 2018. She works 6 sessions per week with us on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.

Dr Penny Zermansky

Dr Penina Zermansky started work here in April 2019. She works 5 sessions a week with us on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Dr Anna Rosen

Dr Rosen started work here in January 2020. She works 6 sessions per week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Dr Rona Lyon

Dr Lyon works 5 sessions per week on Monday - Thursday and is covering for Dr Koumettou's maternity leave.

Specialty Trainees

Jimmy Lam

Qualifications: BSc (hons), MBBS, MRCGP Special Interests: Care of Older People, Endocrinology, and piano.

Rupinda Dhalivaal

Rupinda gained her MBBS degree in 2015. She is particularly interested in women's health, and her out of work interests include competitive running in marathons/half marathons. Speaks Spanish and Hindi.


We can help you with asthma checks, cervical smears, childhood immunisations, dressings, injections, travel vaccines and wound assessment and dressing. Please contact reception to book an appointment with one of our nurses.

Nivetthy Karunakaran

Nivetthy has been working with us since May 2016. She is currently on maternity leave and will be returning April 2021.

Rebecca Awodele

Rebecca has been working with us since October 2019.

Healthcare Assistants

We can help you with injections (like B12, flu, pneumococcal and shingles), dressings, removal of stitches, smoking cessation advice, specific Long Term Conditions management and blood tests (phlebotomy).

Carrie Cordery

Carrie has been with the Practice since December 2010. She enjoys the diversity of the work she does, and playing an integral role in improving patients' health & well being. Her interests outside of work include music, art, reading, camping, meditation, mindfulness, and charity work.


We have three part time pharmacists who work with us at The Muswell Hill Practice; Antoinette Aimufua, Christiana Osmond and Anne Lim. We can help with managing medications for long term conditions (e.g. high blood pressure) to make sure they are working for you, and conduct yearly medication reviews and health checks. We also manage general medication enquiries, side effects, interactions and any other concerns. Any recommendations made by the Pharmacist will be discussed with your GP first.

Antoinette Aimufua

Antoinette started working at TMHP in September 2019. She studied Pharmacy at the University of Hertfordshire, and qualified 2010. Her personal interests are a love for travel, music, dance & movies.

Anne Lim

Anne started working at TMHP in August 2019. She studied at UCL School of Pharmacy (Master of Pharmacy - MPharm with First Class Honours), and studied post-grad at University of Hertfordshire (Practice Certificate in Independent Prescribing). She enjoys eating good food, travelling and exploring new places/countries, and taking long city walks.

Practice Management

Siobhan Moriarty is the acting Practice Manager, covering Natalie Ker Watson's maternity leave. She provides the operational management at the practice and works closely with the partners regarding our strategy and the wider context. She is supported by Chloe Christian, the Operations Manager, who manages the building's processes. You can contact Siobhan via phone or by writing in if you have any feedback, comments or a complaints.

Chloe Christian

Chloe is the Operations Manager, looking after the buildings processes and assisting the Practice Manger. She has worked in various roles at the practice since 2010. Outside of work she is passionate about theatre, cycling and real ale.

Siobhan Moriarty

Siobhan is the Locum Practice Manager and will be at The Muswell Practice until March 2021. Siobhan is an experienced manager working in the NHS and in particular general practice for over 16 years. She is particularly interested in art and history and enjoys long runs on Hampstead Heath (socially distanced of course)


Hasvina deals with all the work that needs to be done when a patient registers at the practice or moves to another area. She is also in charge of dealing with the mountain of post that arrives at the practice every day. Marina ensures that all the information that appears on patients notes is correct and runs checks that we are providing the best service possible for our patients. Chloe and Wahida are able to assist with enquiries about referral letters, insurance reports and other claim forms.

Wahida started in November 2018, She loves Cooking, spending time with family & friends and going to the Gym. She studied Business & Marketing and graduated in 2016. She loves working at the Muswell Hill Practice because it is a very caring and friendly environment, we are all like one big family.

Hasvina Shah

Hasvina has worked at TMHP for more than 20 years. She is responsible for registering our new patients at the practice, and frequently trains new members of the administrative team.

Marina Socratous

Marina has been at the pratice for 16 years - she loves cooking, baking and enjoy sketching my family, especially her grandchildren, and long walks with her dog.


Joyce is our Reception Team Leader. She is responsible for ensuring that everything runs smoothly in reception. The team consists of: Natalie (currently on maternity leave), Sam, Shanika, Fashia (currently on maternity leave), Anna, Nicola, Ayten and Emmy.

Sam Desai

Sam started working at TMHP 17 years ago, she loves reading, theatre and learning bridge. She also enjoys meeting lots of people, learning new skills in her job and working with many different people.

Emmy Horozova

Emmy fosters kittens, loves arts and crafts, and enjoy working with all the lovely people in the Muswell Hill Practice.

Ayten Dagli

Ayten started working at the practice in 2019. She has always been a people person, eager to learn and meet new people. It was, however, after 2 years training in Hatha yoga as a teacher trainee that her interests in the human body grew that much more. She wanted to surround herself with like-minded people and not only grow in her field but as a person.

Anna Dacre

Anna started working at The Muswell Hill Practice early 2019 after studying Animal Conservation at Hadlow College. She is interested in baking, and possibly working with animals in the future

Angela Boachie

Angela is covering Natalie Baker's maternity leave and joined us in November 2019. She has found working within the NHS amazing, and helping patients gives her a lot of joy. She is grateful to be a part of the team at TMHP.

Shanika Blake

Shanika likes helping people, hence why she will be working towards becoming a Health Care Assistant through the practice. Her hobbies include doing Make-up and Hair, which she studied at Bedfordshire University, graduating in 2013. She is proud of being a parent and moulding her kids into the best people they can be. Learning new things keeps her mind stimulated, and being surrounded by staff that push her to be a better Shanika.

Joyce Fordyce

Joyce is the Lead Receptionist at TMHP, she has worked here for 20 year and is well known to patients. She is responsible for the tight ship run at reception; when not in the surgery, she can be found tending to her allotment or walking her dogs in the Alexandra Palace area.

Nicola Callis

Nicola has worked for the NHS for 2 half years, she started working for The Muswell Hill Practice in June 2019. She is a happy, bubbly person who loves life and enjoying it with family and friends.
